    TowercraneMan,

This is an unusual error for MSE. Let's do some searching...

    Please download SystemLook:
    64-bit:
    http://jpshortstuff.247fixes.com/SystemLook_x64.exe

    Save to your Desktop.
Right-click on SystemLook.exe, and select: Run As Administrator

Copy the content inside the following code box into the open field:

    Code:
    :reg
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\SystemCertificates\TrustedPublisher
Click the Look button to start the scan.

When finished, a notepad window opens with the results of the scan.
Please post the SystemLook.txt (found on the Desktop) in your reply.

    TowercraneMan,

    See if the following works...

Please press the Windows key and the R key at the same time.
At the Run prompt, type: cmd
    Click: OK

This opens a command prompt with a blinking cursor.

In the command window, at the blinking cursor, copy/paste (using the mouse) all of the following text contained inside the code box:

    Code:
    reg query "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\SystemCertificates\TrustedPublisher" /s >look.txt
    start notepad look.txt
    exit
    Press: Enter

When the commands are processed, Notepad opens on the Desktop as look.txt
Please post the look.txt results in your reply.

Download CKScanner by askey127 from HERE
Important - Save it to your desktop.
Doubleclick CKScanner.exe and click Search For Files.
After a very short time, when the cursor hourglass disappears, click Save List To File. It will appear that CKS isn't doing anything...it is, so just be patient!
A message box will verify the file saved.
Double-click the CKFiles.txt icon on your desktop and copy/paste the contents in your next reply.
