    Open notepad . Inside notepad paste the highlighted text .


    @echo off
    sc config wuauserv start= delayed-auto
    sc start wuauserv
    exit

    Click on File ===> Save As
    Location : Desktop
    File Name : RestoreWindowsUpdateWin7.bat
    Save as type : All files
    Click the Save button

    On the Desktop right click on RestoreWindowsUpdateWin7. Bat and select restart PC . See if the Windows Updates works .
