Help with Firewall/Hacker

    If just been getting BSOD process1_intialization_failed
    I think it's cause my boot up is messed up, I have to spam f11 to open the boot up menu or else it boots up my hard drive and not windows

    Can you get to the Advanced Boot Options ? By pressing on the F8 key while the PC is loading

    Download the installation disc from the tutorial below its on Step One

    Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7

    Burn it to a DVD or create a bootable USB . We're not going to reinstall Windows we are just going to use it to delete a file

    I can't use windows, it just blue screens. I'll have to wait till tomorrow and get the file on my laptop, I lent it to my sis. Thanks for everything so far.
