    ESET webb acccess protection problem

I was wondering f someone out there knows what is happeing. when I switched on this morning I got a flagged message telling me I wasnt fully secured. When I checked Eset I found that the web access protection is turned off. The tick box to activate it is greyed out and when I click on the default button it activates it but then when I double check it is turned off again. All other optios are ok. Anyone know what has happened? and how to correct it?

Ive been using Eset for a few months now, and Ive never run into this problem. Eset just sits nicely in the background and does its thing. I hope you get the answer to your question and am sorry that I couldn't give it to you..

Just a simple update made this occur (product module update)

The web protection shield scans all internet traffic for viruses.
