    KSI Olajidebt,

Do you have a Windows 7 Home Premium installation CD?

If not, there is this option:
    System Repair Disc - Create

However, a 32-bit System Repair Disc can only be created on a 32-bit Windows 7 computer.

Can you tell me what brand is on the computer?

Also, check the disk you have and post back its specific title, if available.

Do you have access to, or another 32-bit Windows 7 computer?

The Model number, like Compaq Presario 123, etc.

There are a few Compaq laptops, and each has a Model number.

What happens if you restart the laptop, and repeatedly press F10 at the HP/Compaq logo?

    Does the Recovery screen appear?
