Sorry for the late replies, by the way. I've been a bit busy recently. There's just one thing I want to check before I run the FRST fix. VistaKing's instructions mentioned running it as the administrator, while cottonball's mentioned simply double-clicking it. I take it double-clicking works okay?

All you need to do is double-click FRST to run it. :)

I ran the FRST fix. Should I upload the log as an attachment or copy and paste its contents?

Before I run Malwarebytes, do I need to uninstall Vuze? When I visited the official Malwarebytes forums for help last year, I needed to uninstall it before I could get any help, and I was wondering if that's the case here as well.

Vuze (formerly Azureus) is a P2P file sharing client.

It's really important, if you value your PC at all, to stay away from P2P file sharing programs,
like utorrent, Bittorrent, Azureus, Limewire, Vuze.
Criminals have "planted" thousands upon thousands of infections in the "free" shared files.
Some of the recent infections can turn your machine into a doorstop.
It's also very important to avoid any "cracks" or "Keygens" that allow unauthorized use of programs.
Besides being illegal, these files also are loaded with "planted" malware.

In a nut-shell, uninstall it permently!

I uninstalled Vuze for the duration of the Malwarebytes scan. I rarely use it nowadays, but for the time being, I've reinstalled it until I decide that it's of no use to me. Do I copy and paste the log like with FRST?
