How do I remove picture coming on every startup?


Today I got some email with attachment, I downloaded that one and it is making trouble with my laptop.Keyboard and mouse is also working slow.And same picture also comes on startup even I deleted several times.

Please guide.

Win 7 32 Home Premium, Win 7 64 Pro, Win 8.1 Pro

Have you run Malwarebytes? If not, d/l & run that. Malwarebytes has a paid & free version, the free version will work well. Do a full system scan with it.

Malwarebytes : Malwarebytes Anti-Malware removes malware including viruses, spyware, worms and trojans, plus it protects your computer

If Malwarebytes finds anything, check the boxes of anything it finds & quarantine it.
