Anti-Virus finding program used for 2 months as a threat

I have been using a program called iLivid for 2 months and yesterday, there was a major update for this program and after it installed the update, my anti-virus software came up all of a sudden saying that this was a threat to my computer, my anti-virus software is WebRoot Secure Anywhere, is there any way for me to fix this, I would like to be able to download videos off of Youtube onto my computer, so I can cut out the ads and so I don't have to have a connection to the internet all the time, thanks
