    But indeed these are great offers. If only I didn't still have 7 months remaining on my NOD32 subscription.

    Haha, sorry I become faster at doing things when half awake. Its odd.

    I'll try them all out. Likely will just go back to MSE though.

    It sounds like the AV vendors are pretty shaken up by the release of Microsoft Security Essentials for free. This is a way to try to build and keep a user base before they take a huge hit as people adopt Microsoft's product.

    Got the IObit and Panda ones but the Kaspersky site throws up a banner for 22nd Oct. It is 22nd Oct!

    I'm appalled!

    One of the best AV programs in the world has been free since their first release many years ago now.

    Subscription? WHY? NOT REQUIRED!

    AVG has always had a FREE version which gives just as good AV protection as the Paid version, with only a few less bells and whistles.
    (like getting an update every four hours)

    Now AVG has released their latest version, AVG FREE 9.0 which is totally compatible with Windows 7.

    Get the best (AVG 9.0 FREE) and forget the rest.
