    Is this legal?


    I have come across this:
    Offline Windows Password & Registry Editor
    I haven't downloaded, I don't need to but it seems so easy to get into a password protected Windows installation that it seems to be too good to be true. Experience would suggest that if something seems to be too good to be true , it probably is!

    Hello John,

    Yes, it's a legal program. However, like anything, it all depends on how it's used for the action to be legal or not.

    I have it recommended in Option Five below. :)
