ok unsure why this isnt working. ive done :
install Samsung recovery dvd, press any key to boot from disk, see 4 choices of language (German english french and Italian) , choose English.
see a box saying language to install with a drop down and default to English so leave that and time and currency look ok so hit next, I see the install win7 option but I choose repair computer.
After afew seconds of looking for system recovery options I see windows 7 on local e: disk (huge file) qnd use recovery tool is checked. as per instructions I check restore your computer and then hit load drivers.. it askes me to install media and I click ok..
then I see windows Explorer in Japanese. ... I click the my computer icon and see the drives (in japanese) and if I click c: all I see is malwarebytes folder. ...

@Arc:
Thanks for the help. Excellent work!!

@darrenj1471,

Like Arc suggested, "wait and observe".

In the meantime...

To avoid getting infected again:

By all means, avoid suspicious websites.

Beware of spam or messages containing a malicious attachment.

Whatever you download, please scan it first.

Make sure your computer's security software and anti-virus definitions are up-to-date.
The malware exploits security vulnerabilities in the computer's operating system or in applications that are installed on the computer.

The following program will show areas in which there are vulnerabilities.

Let’s check the Security status with the following: Security Check
http://screen317.spywareinfoforum.org/
Save to your Desktop.

Double-click SecurityCheck.exe
Follow the onscreen instructions inside the black box.

When done, a Notepad report opens automatically, called: checkup.txt

Please post the checkup.txt in your reply.

Notes:
1. Please do not take any corrective actions!!
2. If the program does not run in normal mode, try it in Safe Mode.

Also, it is a good time to remove old restore points and create a new restore point to prevent possible reinfection from an old one. Some of the malware you picked up could be saved in System Restore. Setting a new restore point after cleaning your system enables your computer to roll-back to a clean working state, if needed.

Step 1:
System Protection Restore Points - Delete

Step 2:
System Restore Point - Create
Use: Option 2

Let's take care of some details, you do not need any vulnerabilities...

Java version out of Date!

Please update your version of Java:
java.com: Java + You

Also, uninstall all older versions of Java from your system.
They present a serious security risk.
Why should I uninstall older versions of Java from my system?

Adobe Reader out of Date!

Latest version:
Adobe - Adobe Reader download - All versions
(Uncheck the following: Yes, install McAfee Security Scan Plus)

When done, go to Start > Control Panel > Programs and Features > Uninstall List
Look for, and remove any older Adobe Reader versions.

Post back when done.
