@DavidE's suggestion is certainly one way to go about it....

If you prefer NOT to clean upgrade to Win10, you are correct, the MCPR tool is the CONSUMER product removal tool and will not work for Enterprise products.

This begs the question: is the computer in question a work/business/government/enterprise system?

If so,
then it would probably be a good idea to consult with your in-house IT folks about removing the McAfee products or making other changes to the system. Some businesses/enterprises control software removal/installation by end-users.

If not, then you might want to head over to the McAfee/Intel Business forum for assistance with removing the enterprise software. Perhaps there are tools similar to the MCPR tool for the enterprise/business product line. (They have recently overhauled all of their communities, making simple searches for simple things impossible to find. So you may have to join the forum to get specific answers.)
