First thing I would do is to disable all startups (except the AV program and those you started yourself).

I think I know what you mean by startups. But I can't find the place where I can make some programs startup automatically.
I know it's in the Executive somewhere, I just cannot recall how to get to it.

I want you to disable them. Press start, type msconfig, hit Enter. There is a Startup button. Click on that. There you can disable all or uncheck those you do not want. And don't forget 'Apply'. Then you have to restart the PC.

    I ran MBAM.
After the scan, I picked off some "Red" address to get rid of.
But a warning sticker" "You must restart...." came up. I clicked "NO" and the screen went off somewhere. Now I don't know where those "Red" address' are and I'm too tired to run antother scan.
    I'll be back tomorrow.

When I opened an Email, I got this: My PC has been invaded.-bad-script.png

Don't know if I'm winning or losing but I'm sure tired.

All this may be fixable after much work and perseverance, but if it was me I'd do the following: backup personal files, format the disk(s), install fresh Windows\programs.

Then, for some eventual later emergency use, make a backup image of the complete install (+ regular new images + always have recent system restore points available). And in the future, be very careful what one is clicking on.

    Anyway, some good cleaners:

    Good luck.
