When you run MBAM, you need to restart the computer for the cleaning process to be complete. The script message just indicates the browser has hung on that script, if you click continue it will going keep running anyway.

1st; Format the Discs. If I got this right, you said to format the loaded discs?
2nd; Backup files to the formatted discs. (how do I know I'm not saving the Ugliness within the files?)
I think I was supposed to make a Backup disk right after I took shipment of this PC. Why Dell didn't ship it with that Disk is a mystery. Who would be better at Backing up something brand new? The Mfg or the User?
All OEMs want you to make your own backup disc now. I guess they are cheap. For them it is less logistics to have the user do it from the recovery partition.
Some OEMs give you an alert to that effect after you first installed the system. But not all OEMs do that.
But you can order an installation disc from the OEM - usually on-line. They charge you though. Last time I saw it was $20.
I am defeated.
Printer won't work. It's dead in the Power supply.
I can't remember long instructions like this page.
I copied this page on a Thumb drive.
I never figured out how to put this screen shot onto my Desk top.
My mind is like Mush right now.
I'm going to sleep for awhile.
Don't know what I'll do then.
Let's close this file for now.

This thread is going in all sorts of directions..........stick with the scan and clean of MBAM first. We can always visit the other suggestions later.
One step at a time.
I just wanted to chime in on the itunes issue. It might just be that your music directory has changed and your itunes can't locate the music mp3s with the library database file which points to a preset directory. When you update, there is a possibility your new installation is simply looking for your music files in the wrong directory. In itunes go to Edit -> Preferences->Advanced and there should be a pathway to your music. Now what you want to do is open up windows explorer and go to that directory and see if your music is there, if not, then pick one song title you know, just the title and put it into the search bar ( the one that appears when you press the Windows logo button on the bottom right of your screen) and do a manual search for that song. If it finds that song in a different place, I bet all your other songs will be there. If that is the case, I will be able to guide you on how to fix it. But for now just do this. I am including some pictures to help guide you on how to find the advanced settings. Relax, everything will be ok :)
