lobl.dll Statup missing

Hi, there!

I always get this massage when turning on my laptop

There was a problem stating C:\Users\Owner\AppData\Local\AppleComputer\Temp\lobl.dll

What is it? And how to fix it? I notice that my laptop is not running as fast and smoothly as before and some programs installed without permission that I've been trying to uninstall but could not.

Please help! Thanks in advance!

Did you update to Windows 7 from Vista?

It would be listed here ... c:\windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\sysg lobl.dll
