So you haven't quarantined and deleted? Please do so, if you haven't already.

Download Security Check by screen317 from here http://screen317.spywareinfoforum.org/SecurityCheck.exe or here http://screen317.spywareinfoforum.org/
Save it to your Desktop.
Double click SecurityCheck.exe and follow the onscreen instructions inside of the black box.

A Notepad document should open automatically called checkup.txt.
Please post the contents of that document.

Yes, MBam starts with system start up.

Your Java is waaaay out of date! Older versions have vulnerabilities that malware can use to infect your system. Please follow these steps to remove older version Java components and update.

Updating Java:
  • Download the latest version of Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 7.
  • Scroll down to where it says "Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 7u45 allows end-users to run Java applications".
  • Click the "Download" button to the right.
  • Check the box that says: "Accept License Agreement".
  • The page will refresh.
  • Click on the link to download Windows Offline Installation with or without Multi-language and save to your desktop.
  • Close any programs you may have running - especially your web browser.
  • Go to Start > Control Panel double-click on Add/Remove programs and remove all older versions of Java.
  • Check any item with Java Runtime Environment (JRE or J2SE) in the name.
  • Click the Remove or Change/Remove button.
  • Repeat as many times as necessary to remove each Java versions.
  • Reboot your computer once all Java components are removed.
  • Then from your desktop double-click on jre-7u45-windows-i586-p.exe to install the newest version.

Hmm, do I really need to update Java if I don't use it nor do I keep it running? I try to avoid using Java whenever I can, and I don't remember when I last updated my Java, hehe. Also , what's the Mbam process name so I can uncheck it in MSCONFIG, is there any benefit running it in background when it's not heuristic?

Uninstall Java if you don't use it.

You can set Malwarebytes to stop, then set it to Manual startup in "services".

Yeah, I'll uninstall Java then, since I only used Java when I played Runescape. :P
Also how do I disable Mbam? Can't seem to find it in msconfig. Do I set it to stop inside the program? If so, where?
Also, I guess my case is solved now?

In the start, search box, type services.msc >> click on the gear icon, scroll down to Malwarebytes', right click and choose properties, stop the service, then click on the button that says automatic and set it to manual, so you can still use it when you need to.

Tell me if your Antivirus is working now.

Yeah, my antivirus should work correctly now.
I can't seem to find the malwarebytes service in services.msc. There is no service related to mbam that begins with the letter m. All I could find were different Microsoft services. And when I open Mbam I need to click "ok" on UAC for it to open. And it doesn't seem to be running, as I can't even find it in the services tab in task manager.
