Why do windows prompt for encryping your file system backup up your fi
I have a Toshiba R830 laptop with Windows 7 as the OS. A few days ago my hard disk was spoilt and I got the hard disk replaced. Prior to hard disk crash I did not get this error. After I have the new hard disk replaced I still did not get this error. I only got this error after activating my MS Office Key.
encrypting your file system backup up your file encryption key
I've read http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/161226-encrypted-files-find-all-local-hard-drives.html
and found no files are encrypted.
Why then do windows prompt me to backup my encryption key? What should I do?
I've read Encryption Key?, but up to date I still don't know why I was prompted to backup encryption keys even though I did not encrypt any of the files.
