The display issue may be from overheating. Check the vents for dust clogging and blow out as needed and use it on a hard surface. Laptops shouldn't really be used on one's lap, it can block cooling vent holes.

There hasn't been any overheating issues recently. I don't know why it would happen. Weird. Here are the RK logs.
Overheating can be caused using a lappy on a couch cushion, pillow, or your lap, the vents can get blocked. Also running a benchmark called HDtune changes power settings for some reason.
I'm not good at RK logs, but it appears from the top one it found and killed/deleted some things for you.
Code:¤¤¤ Bad processes : 1 ¤¤¤ [SUSP PATH] ChgService.exe -- C:\ProgramData\ChgService.exe [-] -> KILLED [TermProc] ¤¤¤ Registry Entries : 2 ¤¤¤ [HJ POL][PUM] HKCU\[...]\System : DisableTaskMgr (0) -> DELETED [HJ POL][PUM] HKCU\[...]\System : DisableRegistryTools (0) -> DELETED
I have run hdtune recently but I'm facing this issue even before I used it. I'll do other scans and see what happens.
When you say the display turns off, Is the system still running while the display turns off? My dad had a similar problem although his was down to a loose wire that was disconnecting leaving him with no screen, it didnt however appear back and had to be manually taped up
The laptopis still on while it turns off. It gives a dim light whenever it turns off though and I can resume just by moving the mousepad or pressing a keyboard key.
Maybe, go into the sleep and hibernation settings and see what it is set to, it might be set to auto sleep after a certain amount of time if the mouse or keyboard is not being used, in your case, its way to short for use, also, if the laptop is plugged in and constantly charging then it should never go into sleep mode unless the lid is shut, again, depending on settings.
I checked the settings many times and made sure that none of those options were behind this. I think it might be some bad setting with the PSU?
