    LastPass


    Hello.I'm thinking of installing lastpass password manager on to my windows 7 home premium.
    At the moment I'm using chrome to save my passwords,Now if I decide to install Lastpass and export the passwords from chrome to Lastpass will I have to delete the password that chrome has saved and if yes how do I delete them from chrome Please.

    Agreed. I just started using LastPass myself....... oh a couple of weeks now. PITA changing everything but I'm much happier now that its essentially finished.

    Thanks both so the best option is to delete all passwords that chrome has saved,Then using LastPass how would I access a site?
    All new to me.

    After saving a website's username and password, LastPass will autofill the login when you return to that site. No thought, no typing, no work required - LastPass does it for you.

    so what you are saying once I setup LastPass I just select this forum and LastPass will auto log me in and vice versa to all other sites.Do I have to access the sites through the LastPass icon on the top right of chrome.??
    Maybe I'm a bit thick don't know.

    It will prompt you to save sites as you browse .. I suggest you read the features LastPass has .. Its in the Link below ...

    Most welcome there is also Keepass which is suppose to be very good
