Unable to open certain web pages

This is a really confusing problem I've been having for a few weeks. Certain pages are not opening, and I can see no path there. For instance - I can open gmail.com, but can't open hotmail.com. The problem occurs in all browsers. I've tried the solutions I found here, like scanning with all the leading anti-malware software, using Google public DNS, etc., yet nothing seems to help.

I'd be thankful for any ideas you might have to help me solve this problem.

    Cheers!

    Hotmail.com redirects users to login.live.com

Are you saying that the redirect does not happen? Copy the URL in the address bar and post it here.

Is there another example of a website that you could share?

I would first run a FULL scan with Malwarebytes' (Mbam)
When installing Malwarebytes, do NOT elect the free trial of the full version; you only want the free version.
    Please post any malware found.

In addition to what bart mentioned; I would also download, install, and run superantispyware as well to search for and eliminate any spyware that might be lurking:

Here is the link to it:

Here's the Malwarebytes log, something was found and deleted, but the problem is still there.

P.S. Supera log too, some tracking cookies found and deleted, didn't help much

I would also recommend using these,
Review Jacee’s instructions to run Adwcleaner here,
Ignore the title of the thread,

This one is the longest up to 4 hours, the others are only about 45 minutes,

Export Favorites to html file before resetting Internet explorer/ just to be safe.

Here's AdwCleaner Log. No changes after cleaning. Resetting IE didn't help either.

Use the Full scan with SAS/ superantispyware.
And the other Microsoft scanner I posted not the quickie.
Make sure you manually update all scanners before running the full scans.

I am running the full scans now, but there's some new info right now that makes it even more interesting. I tried accessing the sites from another PC and the same pages are unavailable. Even from my phone using the same internet connection. I contacted my ISP and was told that there are no connection limitations on my connection whatsoever. Puzzling

I will change the router now and see if it helps.
