I would uninstall it first, reboot and then download and run this Fix It: CVE-2013-3893: Fix it workaround available - Security Research & Defense - Site Home - TechNet Blogs
Then run a full scan with Malwarebytes, Avast boot-time scan (if you have 32 bit) and Super Anti Spyware again.
