What do I type in the black box now where it;s flashing ?
That's it. It looks like it couldn't fix them all, reboot and try it one more time to see if it fixes them.
Here's more from the same screen... only 53 % scanned... notes from that screen.,

sfc /VERIFYONLY
Run it again up to 3 separate times to see if it can repair the files. It may work better if you run it from the Win7 installation DVD Command Line: SFC /SCANNOW Run in Command Prompt at Boot.
If it can't repair the files then run a Repair Install.
But first you must already have run the 3 separate malware scans I've asked you about repeatedly. Did I miss your response with the results requested?
GREG hi.. YES I did all 3 with a bit different results.
MalwareBytes.. found 11 pups.. I put those in quarantine, left them there.
I ran SuperAntiSpyware... nothing was found today on the full scan.
Just completed Avast scan nothing found this time.
I would never say I was going to do something , then not do it, especially with someone helping
me to get my pc running right again.
I need to go eat my dinner then come back and run the Command Prompt again.. see what comes up.
I've had to multitask all day ,cleaning closets, laundry, making meals, with my holiday today it's back to work tomorrow.
This is the last of the ADMN Command Prompts log..
I couldn't get my program to open to get the screen shot, so copied all of this for you again.
Nothing has changed as noted in this log.
