KIS2010 programcontrol and games

After "upgrading" to retail Windows 7 (clean install), I have a problem with Kaspersky IS 2010. When I'm gaming, suddently I'm back at desktop, no errors, no popups, just a clean desktop. The game can then be selected again in taskbar, and the game continues. That's not very funny, when driving 170 mph at Laguna Sega .

If I turn "Program control" off in KIS, this error does not seems to show, but that has never been a problem in earlier builds of Win 7. Is it KIS2010 or Windows 7, that does this?

I know that you have to install a version of Kaspersky designed for Windows 7 (might be the one you have...). I would report the issue to Kaspersky
