    adevil,

    Is it .trash=100 or .trash=1000?

The .trash folder is created if the drive has Linux.
This is the location where the deleted files/folders are stored.
The numbers are the User Identifier (UID=code identifying a user) of the account that created the folder.

@devlin1888: actully i like my pc these files free.
I know you can only prevent these files to enter your pc
Once they enter, you are completely helpless.
i would welcome any suggestion or method to remove such malicious files.
    yet thanx for your suggestion.

Let's take a closer look at what is going on...

    Please download UsbFix:
UsbFix Download UsbFix - Free - Website Official
    Save to the Desktop.

Right-click the downloaded USBFix file and select: Run as Administrator
    Press: Research
This option scans all connected drives, and reports any infected Files and Folders
When done, the program closes on its own, and a report appears.
(The report file is also found at C:\UsbFix.txt)
Please post the UsbFix.txt (Research) report in your reply.

Once again, run USBFix as Administrator, but, this time, press: Listing
It creates a report of all the Folders and Files found at the root of every hard drive, partition, or removable drive connected.
Also post the UsbFix.txt (Listing) report in your reply.

They are not malicious files. They are a safety feature, you create them yourself every time you soft delete a file from a USB device (flash drive or external HDD). That's Ubuntu's way to prepare to restore the file(s) you deleted, in case something happens.

To avoid those files, not to create them, do not soft delete files from USB devices by selecting Delete. Instead, use hard Delete instead by pressing Shift + Delete in which case Ubuntu wont create .trash files.
