Malware, Spyware, Adware, Antivirus

Dear,
I really have deep questions that always still a live in my brain that i still not understand all about these, what is defferance from these?
Malware, Spyware,Adware,Antivirus...etc..

I always installed only Antivirus on my computer, so will i need to install Malware or Adware???
Please let explain me.

Malware is software installed on your machine that can change your browser/homepage/settings etc., but is not limited to these examples. Spyware is software installed that tracks you. Adware is software that is supported by ad's and can be either tolerable or not depending on your temperment. All of these examples are just that, examples and are not limited to what I've written. All of them do things to your machine that are not needed or wanted in the vast majority of cases.

I recommend Malwarebytes and Superantispyware myself in addition to your Anti-Virus. Between these programs you should be protected against most threats.
