Windows 7: Fake MSE "clean computer" window

OK, so now I'm going to try some of this stuff because a suspicious yellow ! triangle is living in my tray that says, "Solve PC issues. 3 messages." I'm not buying it. Off I go into the wild blue yonder now...

Issues already. I'm beginning with Devlin1888's Junkware Removal download. Problem is that I cannot save it to my desktop. When I left-click, there is no "create shortcut" option.

Not having any luck with the Junkware Removal, I went ahead & scanned with Rogue Killer.

I just minimized the scan results. I haven't removed anything, and will leave computer on until tomorrow.

Download JRT from here Junkware Removal Tool Download

It should save to your downloads folder, locate it there and then create a shortcut to your desktop.
