Kaspersky License Problem

Hi,
I got kaspersky antivirus 2010 with my pc,not installed,in the box with the key on the manual cover.

Since i got my pc ive upgraded to Windows 7 so had to reinstall which was fine.
But,unknowingly to me the other family pc got a virus (apprently slipped through AVG free) and my sister put MY kaspersky on it and ran a scan.

Ive looked through the family pc and found no such virus

The problem now is the antivirus on my pc,the original Kaspersky is telling me my license is agreement is violated, get a new license etc etc.

Can i ring/email kaspersky and explain this to them ?

Oh and it was removed from the family PC and i changed my sisters account to "Limited" on XP

Thanks
Dan
