If you want the BETA version you have to download it from here:
https://forums.malwarebytes.org/inde...owtopic=147144

If you want the latest (or an older) Released version you can download them from here:
Download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware 2.0.1 - FileHippo.com

The version number is in the filename of the file being downloaded.

It don't make any sense.
Started both computers today any one lost the ability to open Malwarebytes 2.0.1.1004 and I got a BSOD.

Remove 2.0 and reinstalled 4 times and still not able to open it but no BSOD.

When trying to install I kept getting Runtime error (at 57:177):
External exception E06D 7363. '

Completed 3 different Restore Points and it didn't help.
Sfc /scannow didn't help.

After updating everything and rebooting several times I ran a scan with MSE and Eset and found no problems.

Tried to download and install Malwarebytes 2.0 again in Safe Mode; same problem but no more BSOD. I think it has something to do with DEVOBJ.DLL

Installed Malwarebytes 1.60.0.1800 PRO with no problems and updated and ran a complete scan, clean.
Updated the version 1.75 with no problems and ran scans again, no problems, no BSOD.

The crazy thing is the other computer has Malwarebytes 2.0.1.1004 and is not having any problems at this time.

I have spent hours and hours try different things and I don't know the answer to the New version problems on only one computer.

I sure hope this isn't going to another McAfee where every update or start up is going to be a bunch of mystery problems.

Minidump says that elrawdsk.sys driver is the cause. I've uninstalled the driver and will reinstall MBAM and give it another try!

Driver details:
Driver Reference Table - ElRawDsk.sys

I'd be a bit wary of uninstalling a driver that is identified by BlueScreenView. Clearly the problem appears to the Malwarebytes installation, so I would avoid that on your system for now.

Jack did you run their uninstall tool? https://helpdesk.malwarebytes.org/en...s-Anti-Malware-

Also, give the Beta version a try. My scan time with it was ~23 minute with everything enabled.

If you check in C:\Windows\Minidump and upload the latest .dmp file here, I'll have a look at it for you.

Thanks! No worries re: uninstalling drivers. I always have a very recent system image backup available. I'll keep an eye on future MBAM releases but for now it's back to using the old version. After removing the driver and performing another scan with MBAM I got another BSOD so the issue wasn't solved!

Yes, Blue Screen View doesn't give the whole story.

Some times I use their tool and some times I used REVO. It didn't seem to matter. I don't believe you need to uninstall the older version to install the newer version. But I tried it both ways.
