Used SpyBot now having DLL error at startup

I downloaded and ran SpyBot on my computer, which I now know is not recommended by people on this site, and now I'm receiving a 2 DLL errors upon startup. I've seen similar issues resolved, I just need help going about it for my situation. Below is an image of the exact errors.

    I run Windows 7 64 bit.

    Thanks

If you have a Restore Point from just before the scan, that may fix it.

Spybot is not recommended on this site? Never heard that. I have Spybot, what is the reason it is not recommended? I have never had issues but don't want one either. Thanks

That file might be virus or was infected by a virus. you should reinstall/repair the program.
if the program you scanned was a virus, then ignore repairing.

I also use Spybot without any problems. Any diagnostic program can cause problems if it removes a critical file that was infected (not all infections can be stripped from files and the only way to get rid of them is to delete the entire file). The best protection from that is to make frequent images of the OS and programs so you can restore if anything ever does go wrong. I use Macrium Reflect Free (Here is a good tutorial on how to use Macrium Reflect) which is also popular here. I've found imaging to be so much more reliable than System Restore, I turned System Restore off and depend on Macrium Reflect.
