Video from all website will not load

Hello i am hoping to get some help with my issue. I use to be able to load up Youtube and other websites videos without an issue but recently in the past three or four days it will not load up any video from any other websites than youtube it just keeps showing it's buffering. and when i go to youtube to watch a video it takes 3x as long as it use to to load up the video. I have disabled all my firewalls. Disabled my antivirus software, switched out my wireless USB NIC, Did a scan with malwarebytes and deleted all the results of the scan, reinstalled and updated adobe flash player, tried a different web browser, updated Firefox, and changed position of my wireless NIC closer and in the direction of my wireless router and still no fix. I used a restore point to restore my computer back to 5 days earlier and it loaded videos again for like 10 minutes than the issue started to occur again. The only software i have installed in the past 5 days is Skype. And everyone else in my house does not have an issue with loading videos on their devices. They are using the same router as I.

    I'm using Windows 7 Home edition 64bit.

Any responses with be appreciated. Thank You.

    Hi and welcome to sevenforums,
    Post the mbam scan results,
Then use this free tool Temp files delete,
Run this as administrator and Start the scanner,
Shut your machine down after it finishes,
    http://www.geekstogo.com/forum/files/file/187-tfc-temp-file-cleaner-by-oldtimer/

If mbam found corruption you might as well reset Firefox,
    https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/reset-firefox-easily-fix-most-problems
After that make sure you have the latest flash player installed,
    http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html?promoid=ISMRY

If mbam found bad files please use this free tool as well before you reset Firefox,
    Post it's scan results,
Review Jacee’s instructions to run Adwcleaner here post #7,
Ignore the title of the thread,
    Instant Savings App
Screen shot of the download button to use for Adwcleaner
You can use these free tools to see if they find anything,
Manually Update them before running full scans,
Try not to use your computer while the scans are running, (one at a time of course).
Uncheck the box to Activate the Free trial from the final install options,
Also use the Custom scan option not the Threat scan,
Select the drive to scan usually C,
If your really infected check the box to scan for Rootkits = this scan option will take several hours to complete,
Never use your machine while scans are running for best results,

This one is the longest up to 4 hours, the others are only about 45 minutes,

Try Troubleshoot Application Conflicts by Performing a Clean Startup and post results. Revert back to "normal boot" afterwards.
