MSE does not update daily

    If it is working you should see definition updates listed in Windows Update History.

    I think it seems to be working. It updated yesterday sometime at 10PM and today according to task scheduler it's set to update at 4PM. So. I think it did the trick.

    Great! Now it's been updated when it should. It's working! Thank you so much for your help everyone. Now this issue won't bother me anymore!
