Intermittent: Kasperky licence report as invalid
Hello
I understand that this may not be the proper forum, but I don't get to much support from Kaspersky and the forum. A similar post has been done on Kaspersky forum at least three time in the past. Problem is un-resolved.
Problem: Every few day, I get a problem with Kaspersky Internet Security. My licence is mention as invalid. When it occur, I can't do a test nor update the software
This licence should be still valid for 8 month and is install on three systems (licence good for three)
When the problem occur, I need to uninstall and reinstall Kaspersky. Kaspersky do accept my licence code number every time that I do reinstall.
Any idea what could cause the problem?
