Windows 7: Malwarebytes PRO Not opening

Malwarebytes PRO Not opening

Ok, i don't have any virus on the system..
But when i just open mbam.. it doesn't show.
I see it on the task manager for a while
then it just goes. with 21k-22k of memory usage
i dont know why.. pls help
