Recomendation for Anti Virus please

    No mate I said it is ratter pointless as this thread really is not about what we have as personal choices. In any case the best anti malware is the human being working the keyboard cos none of the suites are foolproof. A separate thread would not be of any benefit to me at least and would lead nowhere.
    Yes my apologies to the OP too because since I have been on this forum this topic has been done to death to be honest and there never will be a general agreement on what to use paid for or free.
    I just am interested when I see Kaspersky mentioned because I always think if someone is having trouble with it I might be able to help.
    Lastly though I do think a healthy discussion without getting into nastiness which it some times does get is a positive thing and even after this episode I think we have all learned something about each other if not security issues:)
