Files that open with a browser

Posted in malware this is part of that.. Did a clean instal.. Downloaded a copy of windows 7 following instructions from here.. Put on usb installed. Before I connected to internet did some looking aroubd.Found some files that did not seem to belong so sent them to desktop so i could email them to me so I would have.could oopen them on desktop but when I tryed to attach them said file had zero bites..After playing around with them and doing some research I used a browser. What I got was more info about me and my system then I knew.. All my downloads email info on and on and showing public access info.. I took a screen shot I will try and send dont want to send anything not suppose to.. Any ideas
