Avast Home and Win of Comodo FW?

I have always had a Norton or AVG type INS but with my new Win 7 install I am going to try something new because those big suites really slowed my XP system down.

After reading many threads on the topic it seems most folks here like Avast and the Win 7 or Comodo FW. I currently have Avast and Win 7 running.

For someone that is a basic web surfer, Facebook, Hulu, JustinTV, ESPN, and an adult site or two... Do you think that the Avast and Win FW are sufficient, or should I use something more?

Before I start doing a lot of browsing I want to be sure I am protected.

Is the Comodo fw a better choice?

    Thanks in advance
    Don

The Windows firewall looks good, even in its default setup. I use it on one of my systems and Comodo on the others.

I prefer Comodo because I've been using it for a while and I am familiar with it, more so that Microsoft's offerings.

I would recommend that, in addition to whichever firewall you choose you also look into loading on Web of Trust (search for WoT) a program that will give you ratings for sites and warn you when you try to go to a site with a bad reputation.
