    Tuvaro still on computer

Well hubby tried to get rid of Tuvaro last night (he followed the instructions posted here) and it's still here. It is not listed in my add/remove programs and the only thing left that sounds suspicious is SUPERAntiSpyware.... When I click on my IE shortcut to Face Book it opens in Tuvaro.

I also have something called DSD-2532 running in the back. Sound familiar????

    Ideas anyone????
    Thanks so much, Eileen

Hi post all scan results from Adwcleaner/ Malwarebytes/ Junkware removal tool from steps 3-4-5-6 from the prior link offered by Maxie,
Remove Tuvaro Toolbar and Tuvaro Search (Removal Guide)

Delete any shortcuts you use for the effected sites,
Don't forget to do step 2 to reset your browser and delete personal settings

Tuvaro gone now Bing has taken over

Okay I did what Maxie suggested. Got thru all the steps except where it installed BING when I wasn't looking.

I click on my interent explorer shortcut and now BING is there....
This is getting old fast. I am not a computer whiz, just someone that wants her IE and Facebook Back....
Can't I get a team leader to help me?????

    Hi,
I see no scan report posted :/
    Bing is Microsoft's search,
The default page to open for all versions of Internet explorer is MSN.com where there is also a Bing search bar on that page so I'd say take a screen shot of the opening page so we might see it if it's deferent than this,
    Bing

    Here is the latest.....

Three days ago when I clicked on the IE Facebook shortcut it opened in Tuvaro. I ran my CCleaner and MalewareBytes maleware remover and they did nothing.

I tried the Remove Tuvaro Toolbar and Tuvaro Search (Removal Guide) and it Removed Tuvaro but somehow installed BING.

Down at the bottom of the tutorial I saw this : Remove Tuvaro adware with AdwCleaner
I downloaded it and guess what????? It removed Bing too...... I should have started with this in the first place....

So now when I click my IE shortcut it takes me to Facebook which is where I wanted to go in the first place.....

So! Is the ADWcleaner better than CCleaner??? Looks like it from where I am sitting.....

Special Thanks to Brink, Maxie, Greg and anyone else who helped.....

Let us double check the system to be sure though:

1.) Download herdprotect: (choose the portable version)

Download herdProtect - Free Anti-Malware Platform

    2.) Run the scan.

3.) When the scan finishes, save the results per the screenshot below. Then upload the log here.

DO NOT REMOVE ANYTHING YET. I will advise if anything needs removed when I receive the log.
