cannot turn on bitlocker - windows 7 with tpm and NTFS - Optiplex 7010

    My specs are:
    Dell Optiplex 7010
    win 7 ultimate
C and D drive both of them are NTFS
    TPM enabled
My problem is: when I am trying to activate bitlocker on drive C, I am getting error message that driver should be NTFS .(see error message screenshot)
Also the option to activate Bitlocker to go is not working/available.
    Any ideas how fix this?
    See screen shots:

Use the below tutorial to activate BitLocker to Go feature on your Windows PC:

Also, perhaps you can try using BitLocker for any other NTFS partitions and see if it works. Most probably, your windows should running Latest Windows 8/8.1 to encrypt bootable drive.
