password protecting folders/files in Windows 7 (64 bit)

Just wondering if anyone knew of a good way to do this. I'm pretty sure this capability is not available in Windows 7 for some reason.

Just use the standard Windows file permissions system to prevent other users to see your files. As long as your user account password is good and others don't have administrative rights that should suffice for most purposes.

For a more serious protection I would use TrueCrypt with a password-protected volume where you drop all your files there.
