Avast free 2015 or AVG free 2015?

I thought I'd come here and get your guy's opinion on these two free anti virus programs?

I agree. I did a comparison yesterday regarding how AV companies collect user data and AVG and Avast didn't impress me. But Panda did. It's in another thread, here: AV Data Transmission

I think they renamed it with a recent update.
I updated from Panda Cloud ver. 3.0.1 to Panda Free Antivirus ver. 15.0.3

If one doesn't want a cloud solution, which of the two—Avast or AVG—would you all prefer?

If anyone is interested you can get Bitdefender Total Security 2015 free right now.
I usually don't go for these, but thinking I might get it and try it in a Win 10 TP VM, just to see what it looks like.

From what I understand which isn't much

Panda Cloud was just a name it is an actual program on your computer

Update: I just found out that bitdefender has a false positive problem, is this true? if so, I don't want it
