How to make that complete folder cannot access internet? So not only program but whole folder.

no it's working ok but as I'm noobish i don't know how to put folder and everything in that folder in rules to forbidd it internet access. If i'm going to create a rule it prompts for exe file. So What I want to do is to forbbid all files in a folder from internet access so I don't need to go one by one exe.

ok, i have just tried this and it's not quite what I need to do. This is a program that easy up using for windows firewall but it doesnt have offer windows firewall advanced features. Maybe I need to try some 3rd party firewall to block intenet access to FOLDER and everything in it? Windows outbound rules blocks only exe files, even if You out a custom rule it always aska .exe file.
Some file in a folder is going to internet and I don't wanna look what file is that as there are many files but I want to block complete folder.

This is usually how you set this up: block all, and then add exclusions for only the programs that should be allowed.
Are you talking about outbound connections? Meaning programs on your PC connecting to the Internet
In Windows Firewall all outbound connections are allowed by default. It's possible to change that to block as default, but then you have to add all programs that are allowed to make outbound connections, including programs and services that is part of Windows OS itself. This is an advanced task and only recommended for experienced users.
I haven't tried the software maxie referred to, but I have been using this for a long time and I think it's an excellent program: Windows Firewall Control

Here's a nice link that explains the Windows Firewall in detail:

Scroll down near the bottom and you will find the section on How to Enable or Disable the Windows Firewall and you will find information on how to customize settings for each type of network and you have the option to block ALL incoming traffic, including allowed applications.

but I have read all this and mostly of this I knew and still there isn't solution for what I want to do. But I learned that COMODO 3rd party firewall can do that and I found instructions how.
And tnx to Tookeri I'm waiting an answer from developers of Windows Firewall Control about my question. If I get one I'll post it here.

I always have, so I'm sure you'll get an answer from them. I've seen many new users ask how WFC works and that they seem to think it's a firewall when it's not. So just to explain clearly: it's only a GUI for Windows Firewall. You use this GUI to create and manage the rules, and to get alerts for blocked outbound connections, create temporary rules etc. I don't think WFC can do more than Windows Firewall as for how you define the rules. The GUI is much easier to work with than the poor Windows Firewall front-end + it can give alerts.

As far as I know, Windows firewall is unable to filter by folder. All the rules you can make (eithe incoming or outgoing, and both to allow as to block) can, at most, target one particular program, not a whole folder or anything else.
I've tried that Windows Firewall Control, and it doesn't adds anything valuable, in fact, creates more problems than it solves. It's just a "nice" front-end to the very same engine, that attempts to make it more user-friendly, but ends up being significantly more limited than the built-in advanced firewall panel. In any case, it will not add anything that you can't do otherwise.
The only options I can think of are creating multiple rules, one for each program in that folder, or search for a third party firewall to replace the built-in one.
