Mouse Unstable

I have just reinstalled Windows 7 64 bit.

I have several issues:

One is that I get popups anytime I am in IE. How do I stop the popups??

The next issue is my mouse is unstable. I cannot cut images in PSP without doing numerous tries. What is the best way to stablilize my mouse?

I cannot even move a file by click and drag. How do I fix this??

Help Please

Show a screen shot of the popups,
Was this re-install from a factory system restore partition or a clean install there is a big difference,

Mouse issue in ie10-11 are dependent on which Model and type mouse,
Also your DPI and page zoom may effect mouse operation
What are you using for those settings ?

In all reality you could of stuck with and updated your Original thread here,

That is one popup I get but mainly IE goes to a webpage (mostly adult sites).

I have adjusted Mouse speeds to the minimum. I really do NOT want to install Windows again. That is a PITA.

Okay well nice popup message,

I'll ask again,
How did you re-install windows
1- A factory restore partition ?
2- A clean install described here ?
