Hello, good day, My PC cannot connect on the internet, after I installed an anti-virus Avast, firewall (Dragon). Also I can't delete them. I live in Brazil. I am using Windows 7. Sincerely,

Just go back to prior to the installation with System Restore.

In this case it is in F8 during the startup of the System and boot into safe mode and restore the system?

Very easy
System Restore
You will have a choice of dates. Choose the date that was prior to the installation. Your stuff should not be touched.
