User Account Dialog Box Popping Up

Hey Guys, I am having an issue with the User Account Dialog Box popping up everytime I try to make a change to Windows settings, this was not doing this before yesterday, is there a certain update that I did not know about that was not supposed to do this, what is the KB number on it so i can un-install it thank you very much

Getting UAC prompt when clicking Advanced system settings

i think i found a possible solution in UAC change the settings to never notify, restart the system and then set it back to default and it should go back to normal
