Webcheck.dll Non-Microsoft

When opened startup programs with Display secret startup locations selceted I found WebCheck with no information at all.









Any body help on this?

All of Microsoft's DLLs are signed, if that DLL is not signed then it does not come from Microsoft.
The real webcheck.dll lives in Windows\System32

Use this tool to check the signature: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/s.../bb897441.aspx

Yes the file is in the said location and the signature is verified by the above tool. Any other suggestions?
