    Well, I don't know how Akamai got installed. Unless, it got installed when she was installing Autodesk, which she needs for school.

    Why do you say that? She got a Roku for Christmas. She watched videos on her phone and Roku. I wouldn't say she watches a lot of videos on it much. My other sister uses it too for her school work.

    I only said that cause you told me she did watch quiet a lot of Videos ... So i assumed it was on the Computer ..

    PUP Detection?


    Just to mention that Emsisoft Emergency Kit can also detect and remove PUPs but in theory MBAM shouldn't miss them. Maybe give it a shot if nothing else works.
