From your post, I assume you might be infected by Gamarue. Maybe these links could help.

Always ask Cottonball first before doing anything. He is way more experienced than me. You can also run a scan with MSE. It detects Gamarue and its variants.

SpyHunter, as I've experienced it is a rogue. Use MalwareBytes for any malware removal. Don't use tools from untrusted third-party sources. Google is your friend.

should passwords be changed on websites after malware is found on a pc
This PC I fixed for a friend was loaded with malware, adware, browser hijackers. you name it and he had it on there... should I assume that maybe his passwords for websites could have been compromised and that he should change them just in case? especially for sites like his bank, or paypal? ...

After clean install and malware scan i found this .. !!
Hey guys .. I have install windows 7 Build 7264 X64 on my desktop ..it was a clean install.. I did a malware quick scan using Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and here is the report: Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware 1.38 Database version: 2367 Windows 6.1.7264
