    Error 1068 when starting service,dependencies win32 error

I can't start the Security center started
It says " Error 1068 failed to start when trying to start services"
So i search and notice that it depends on "windows management instrumentation"
I tried to view the fourth tab "dependencies"
then it says"win32:Error 1068 failed to start when trying to start services"
and it shows nothing inside the dependencies box.

I tried the Microsoft Fix it 50562,got the same results.

Also I tried sfc /scannow and it tells me "fixed", after restarting the computer,
i still got the same error.

Is there a way to fix this?

    mfimftw,

Please use the following diagnostic tools. They may help us get to the cause of your issues:

Please use the Farbar Recovery Scan Tool.
    Download: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/farbar-recovery-scan-tool/
Select the version that applies to your system.
    Save it to your Desktop.
Double-click the downloaded file to run it.

When the tool opens click Yes to the disclaimer.
At the program's console, press the Scan button.

When done, the tool produces a log, FRST.txt, in the same directory from which the tool is run (Desktop).

Please provide the FRST.txt in your reply.

The first time the tool is run, it also makes another log: Addition.txt
Also post the Addition.txt in your reply.

Also, use the Farbar Service Scanner
    Download: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/farbar-service-scanner/dl/62/

Let's get a view of all services and dependencies scoped by the tool...

Make sure the following options are checked:

    Internet Services
    Windows Firewall
    System Restore
    Security Center
    Windows Update
    Windows Defender

    Press: Scan

When done, FSS creates a log, FSS.txt, on the Desktop.

Please provide the FSS.txt in your reply.

    Thank you.

Let's see if the following helps...

Please use the Windows Repair (All in One)
Download > Windows Repair (All In One) Download
    Save to the Desktop

Right-click the tweaking.com program icon on the Desktop, and select: Run as Administrator
Click Next at the Setup, and follow the prompts.

Make sure to temporarily disable your AntiVirus program before the repairs are done.

    At the program's console...

Please go to Step 5 and under System Restore click on: Create

Next, go to Repairs tab and click: Open Repairs

In the next prompt, press: Unselect all

Under Repair Options (on the left side) only check/select:

    Reset Registry Permissions
    Reset File Permissions
    Reset Service Permissions
    Register System Files
    Repair WMI
    Repair Policies set by Infections
    Restore Important Windows Services
Set Windows Services to Default Startup

On the right side, check: Restart/Shutdown system when finished
    Press: Start Repairs

When the program finishes, restart the computer.

Please post Windows the Repair log in your reply. It is located in the following folder:
    64-bit systems - C:\Program Files (x86)\Tweaking.com\Windows Repair (All in One)\Logs

Also, please run the Farbar Service Scanner once again, and post the new FSS.txt in your reply.

It's been disturbing me for few months,
I thought i should reinstall the system,
really glad to see things back to proper.

FSS is showing: wscsvc Service is not running

However, you are telling me the Security Center is doing fine.

Let's see what the folowing shows...

Please go to Start > All Programs > Accessories
Right-click cmd, and select: Run as Administrator

At the blinking cursor of the Command prompt, copy/paste (using mouse) the following, and press Enter:

    Code:

    sc query wscsvc
Please copy the results by going to the small icon on the left upper side of the prompt, right-click, and select: Edit > Select all

Now, right-click again, select Edit > Copy

Please post the query results in your reply.

    Also, please use the following...
    Security Check:
    Download > http://screen317.spywareinfoforum.org/
    Save to your Desktop.
    Double-click: SecurityCheck.exe
Follow the onscreen instructions inside the black box.

When done, a Notepad report opens automatically, called: checkup.txt

Without taking any corrective actions, please post the checkup.txt in your reply
