Unfortunately the data there only goes back to around midday today, so there's nothing there from any install attempts. (and I see you've hidden these three updates now).

Let's see what CheckSUR has to say before doing anything else.

CheckSUR found and fixed 4 errors...
    Summary:
    Seconds executed: 420
    Found 4 errors
    Fixed 4 errors
CSI Payload File Missing Total count: 4
Fixed: CSI Payload File Missing. Total count: 4
a pair of the errors involved the installer engine component- so that may account for your failing updates.
Try unhiding one of them (I'd suggest not the IE one), and trying to install it again - post the new windowsupdte.log file afterwards, after rebooting.

Unhide the other two, then do another Check for Updates before attempting anything.
    Does KB3004375 reappear?

    NoelDP,

The only update that is now available is the Cumulative Security Update for Internet Explorer 11 (KB3021952). Any others have disappeared. Even though, I've just done the one.

Would you like me to try and update it?

    Dear NoelDP,

I apologize for this LONG over due reply on this thread. This is the very first time I've been able to have internet access in months. But anyway, I would like to report that after your method of fixing Windows Update the problem I've been having with MSE has stopped. MSE has now finally been able to make a full scan without any problems and Windows Update has been successfully installing the latest upcoming updates as well.

Thank you all so much for your assistance!
