Virus?

I found a file in my Program Files x86 called BrowserEnhaaNiCe. seems fishy. Malwarebytes and Windows Defender aren't picking it up. Is this a virus? How would I go about removing it? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

You can paste your results into

www.hijackthis.de/

for autoanalysis - I did and it didn't show anything severe, but it's just an app not a human. The program you mention sounds like a browser toolbar/addon - AdwCleaner is good at finding those
